Sorry... There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, due to the time consumed in the creation of the illustration.  By clicking the PayPal  checkout button you agree to accept the illustration as previously discussed (by Phone or Email), between both client and illustrator, and deliverable as a JPG via email.
